   We focus for a bit, then you take a proper break. You won't be sitting through a two-hour lecture.

   you'll do the work, not just listen.

   I'll ask you questions, give you practice problems and get you to explain things back to me. It's a lot harder to zone out that way.

   one small step at a time.

   You'll leave each session with one thing to work on before the next one, instead of a giant study plan.

   no diagnosis needed.

   ADHD or not, if your mind tends to wander, these sessions were made for you.
