mentorship.

Tutoring helps with a course. Mentorship helps with everything around it: how you study, what you take, how you get experience and where you're headed next. I've been through first and second year science at uOttawa, research labs, the MCAT and med school applications myself, and I'll help you plan your own route.

what we work on

study systems

A weekly plan, active recall and spaced practice, and a setup you'll actually stick to.

planning your path

Choosing courses, programs and universities, and what to do each year so you're not scrambling later.

getting experience

Finding research, volunteering and leadership roles, and writing emails that actually get replies.

applications

Med school and health program applications: timelines, an MCAT plan, activity descriptions and interview practice.

who it's for

  • grade 11 and 12 students heading to university
  • first-years finding their feet
  • premed and pre-health students
  • anyone who wants a plan, not just a grade

Mentorship is academic and career guidance. It isn't counselling or therapy. If you're struggling with your mental health, here's where to get support.
